Private pre-launch control
Verify Square-backed balances, staff, services, inventory, loyalty, gift cards, Terminal, Stripe protection, customer communications, agreements, and shop readiness in one place.
This audit may refresh private FBS shadow copies, but it cannot change Square, charge a card, alter inventory, or send a customer message.
Current result
Run the audit when you want a fresh comparison. It is safe to repeat.
No launch checks have been run in this browser yet.
Final controlled verification
The audit now identifies whether these workflows are still locked. Nothing is activated from this page.
Complete one Terminal sale and activation, then verify the identical balance in FBS and Square.
Before FBS owns the public shop, complete one real order, label, fulfillment update, inventory deduction, and customer notification.
Money, costs, and reconciliation
See what came in, what FBS recognized, and what remains after the costs FBS can currently track.
FBS ↔ Square
Square is being read without changing any transaction.
Where the money went
Tips and sales tax are shown separately because they are not salon revenue.

Owner-only integration
Compare and safely synchronize Square appointments into FBS without changing the Square calendar, register, customers, or payments.
FBS reads appointments and completed orders. It cannot create, update, cancel, or charge anything in Square from this workspace.
Imported appointments are communication-suppressed. FBS will not send confirmations or reminders for these existing Square bookings.
Review the count, date range, customers, services, and stylists before saving any copies to the FBS calendar.
Step 1
Checking the Square read-only connection…
Recheck known future Square bookings and restore missing calendar copies. FBS edits are preserved; no customer messages or payment changes.
Step 2
Previewing reads Square appointments and completed-order status. Synchronizing writes only to the private FBS test database.
Review before syncing
Connect Square read-only access, then check a date range.
No Square comparison has been requested.
Controlled shadow mode
While the FBS calendar is open, appointments, schedule changes, checkout status, and their customer profiles mirror from Square automatically. Square remains read only, customer messages stay suppressed, and FBS staff edits are protected for review.
Customer directory
Import the Square customer CSV once for fast searches, then use the read-only Square sync for updates.
The CSV is processed only into the private database. The raw file is not retained, committed to source code, or sent to customers.
FBS-owned customer history
Profiles, appointments, notes, itemized spending, refunds, loyalty stars, and expiration dates are stored locally. Square remains read only and becomes a synchronization source instead of the customer-screen database.
FBS will continue to show its saved records even if Square is temporarily unavailable.

FBS loyalty transition
Mirror Square membership and reward activity into FBS now, then switch ownership only after every balance matches.
FBS is read-only. Synchronizing members cannot enroll a customer, change points, redeem a reward, or send a message.
Current Square program
The exact earning and reward rules will be preserved for the transition.
Synchronize Square to read the active rules.
Future client experience
The existing client welcome screen can connect here later without changing today’s workflow.
Square ↔ FBS reconciliation
Every row keeps the Square loyalty account and linked FBS customer together for the future cutover.

Controlled transition
No step advances automatically.
FBS mirrors members, points, reward rules, and history without changing anything.
Test the welcome screen, booking, checkout, refunds, and reward redemption privately.
After final reconciliation, FBS records new earning and redemption while Square processes payments.
It cannot change stars or send messages.
Square-backed balances
Check every current Square gift-card balance and recent activity without changing the card.
FBS shows masked card numbers, balances, and history. This page cannot activate, reload, redeem, disable, or adjust a gift card.
Current Square records
Only the final four digits are displayed. Complete gift-card numbers are never returned to this page.
Open Gift cards to read the current Square balances.
Recent Square history
Activations, loads, redemptions, refunds, and adjustments appear here after Square reports them.
No gift-card activity has been read yet.
Before the public switch, FBS must complete one controlled Terminal sale, activate the card, and verify the same balance here and in Square.

Future FBS messages
Personalize the exact text messages and emails FBS will use after the transition.
Choose Text, Email, both, or neither for every communication. Saving these choices does not contact customers or replace Square messages; they take effect only when FBS messaging is activated at the approved cutover.
Keep words inside double braces, such as {{firstName}}. FBS replaces them with the correct client information when the message is eventually sent.

Salon controls
Manage salon hours, checkout behavior, and reminders from one protected place.
Set the weekly business hours for FBS booking. Each stylist’s schedule and time off still apply. Existing appointments will not be moved or canceled. Square hours are managed separately.
Services only. Choose these on an individual appointment; they replace its automatic pre-booking discount. A manual 5% option is always available. Editing a saved discount will not change appointments that already use it.
FBS calculates the exact dollar choices. Retail tax is never part of the suggested-tip base.

Checking the Terminal connection…
Send one real $1.00 card payment to the paired Terminal. FBS automatically requests a full refund after Square confirms it.
No appointment, payroll, or inventory record will be created.
Private staff classification
Levels use net services and retail. Tips, tax, gift cards, salon use, and refunds are excluded.
Run the read-only analysis to compare the last 12 months from Square.
FBS refreshes this read-only 12-month analysis automatically once each month (America/New_York). The manual refresh remains available for immediate updates.
Standard clients have no badge. Silver, Gold, and Diamond appear privately beside the customer name in FBS.
